Our Mission
Bridging the Gap in Youth Sports
While there are many youth sports programs in the West Linn area, PlayMakers USA was created to complement these offerings by providing additional training and developmental opportunities. Our goal is to help young athletes grow both on and off the field, supporting them in their journey to become well-rounded individuals, not just athletes.
ABout our Founders
Founded in 2024 by Tony Pilla and Jeoff De Waele, PlayMakers USA was born out of a shared vision to provide high-quality sports programs in West Linn, Oregon—a community with a rich history of developing exceptional youth athletes. As parents of young children, Tony and Jeoff understand the importance of offering engaging and effective sports training that not only builds athletic abilities but also shapes character and life skills.
