Welcome to PlayMakers USA. By accessing our website or registering for any PlayMakers USA program, camp, clinic, league, or event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Registration

Program registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for providing complete and accurate registration information.

Program Changes

PlayMakers USA reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, coaches, programming, or activities due to weather, facility availability, enrollment, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Participant Expectations

We strive to provide a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all participants.

Players, parents, and spectators are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and treat coaches, officials, volunteers, staff, and fellow participants with respect.

PlayMakers USA reserves the right to remove any participant or spectator whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

Payments

Program fees must be paid in full unless otherwise stated during registration.

Liability Waiver

Participation in PlayMakers USA programs is subject to our Liability Waiver, which must be acknowledged during registration. Please review our Liability Waiver before participating.

Refund Policy

Refunds, cancellations, and credits are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before registering.

Privacy

The collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
