Bridging the Gap in Youth Sports

At PlayMakers USA, we believe sports are about more than winning. We provide young athletes with opportunities to develop their skills, build confidence, and grow into well-rounded individuals—on and off the field.

About our founders

Founded in 2024 by Tony Pilla and Jeoff De Waele, PlayMakers USA was born out of a shared vision to provide high-quality sports programs in West Linn, Oregon—a community with a rich history of developing exceptional youth athletes. As parents of young children, Tony and Jeoff understand the importance of offering engaging and effective sports training that not only builds athletic abilities but also shapes character and life skills.
